This is correct. Only your attorney will get the RFE.
That is incorrect. USCIS would send a copy of RFE to you as well.

Yes, We did sign the lawyer form. Lawyer first got a copy and informed us. He also told us that we would be getting one. And we got one.

If I have approved LC and I140, can't i get 1yr (or if PD dates are retrogressed get 3yr) H1 extension??
if dates are retrogessed you get 3 year extensions..
if they are not then you apply for 485 :)

Dear Friends, My sincerest hopes and prayers that EB2-I dates advance my PD is Jul 2007 and we narrowly missed the Jul 07 windfall. I hope our wait for EAD & AP ends this year!
My mind says its difficult, heart says pray for it, maybe our wishes and prayers are granted in the Oct VB. Good luck to all :)

When will, we EB3s (India), see some light at the end of the tunnel.
Looks like (in my case) after waiting for more than 5 years it will still take 3-4 years. I am mad :mad:

We have a potential opportunity to get featured in LA times. We are looking for examples from our student community who has missed the H1B lotto last year and pursued an opportunity in another country or for students who are anxiously waiting this year's Lotto. We have been asking in Southern California for examples from yesterday but no one came forward yet

I have a Nikon D70s and always get the 3 dust particles showing up on every photo I take. I've tried to clean the inside of the camera as much as possible, but I can't get rid of the dust. Is there a way I can clean the sensor or do I have to send it to Nikon? I have a photo shoot this weekend and would like to have it cleaned by then if possible.

I believe the employer cannot legally penalize you for leaving the job. But some expenses like, "sign on bonus" are legally refundable if you don't agree to the terms mentioned. So it really depends on what exact expense they are asking (or otherwise based on the definition of a "penalty" vs "refund"). Also the employment laws differ between states (for example some allow non-compete agreements and some don't).

We should not support Illegal’s and their agenda.
Support CIR only after seeing something for EB non-ROW or atleast legal immigration in general.

I know of a old couple who put in their appl to extend, but it took an inordinate amount of time. They left the country even before the appl was approved several months later. When it came to visa renewal time in chennai, they got denied several times. Just my 2 cents
Once she got 2 month stamped at POE and I applied for her extn. But she left even before they even could process the application. As per my attroney's suggestion, we sent a letter to USCIS requesting to withdraw the petition stating that she had to leave to care of settling the sale of her house (you can give some reason, but the point is to withdraw the petition) USCIS will send you a notice confirming your withdrawal and make sure you keep that in record so that your MIL can show in case of questions that may arise in future.
